Founded in 2014 by Balu Chainrai, The Chainrai Foundation’s vision is to improve and ‘Change Lives’ of the needy in Hong Kong.     

Balu himself is born in Hong Kong and has spent the majority of his life building his business out of Hong Kong and Eastern Europe.  Known for his business acumen in real estate and electronics and having made part of his fortune in Hong Kong, he now wants to give back to the Hong Kong community.  

The Chainrai Foundation has committed to donating HK$400,000 to THE ONE Hong Kong – a search to find the unsung heroes that exist in Hong Kong, who spend every single day bettering the lives of the needy. Balu is devoted to developing the assets of The Chainrai Foundation to increase their donations to various charities within Hong Kong.
